چکیده
The choice and recommendation of a variety for commercial cultivation are influenced by genotype x environment interaction (GEI)). complication (GEI) is that usually involves layout trials in various seasons, making it difficult to identify the adapted different environments. Twenty sugarcane clones four standard checks were evaluated under three environments within tropical climate. Additive Main Effects Multiplicative Interaction (AMMI) model was applied assess extent (GE) also stability across significant difference observed AMMI analysis among tested sum first two principal components conferred 63.6 per cent total G E interaction. In present study, genotypes G24 (Co 88025), G23 (CoV 94101) G20 16001) recorded high mean yield higher Principal Component Analysis (PCA) scores; hence, these materials specifically suited favorable locations. Since Co 15021(G19), 0240 (G3), 13001(G7) near center point axes hence environment. These cane suitable utilization made easy visual comparison identification exceedingly superior every set Key wordsSaccharum spp., biplot, adaptability, value

Evaluation of yield stability of forage sorghum [Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench] genotypes using AMMI analysis
Sorghum is an important forage crop used as silage, fresh forage and dry forage. To evaluate the yield stability of 16 genotypes; cultivars, lines and hybrids, of forage sorghum, experiments were conducted using randomized complete block design with three replications during 2016-17 at Karaj, Isfahan, Gorgan, and Mashhad field stations, Iran. The results of combined analysis of variance showed ...
متن کاملEvaluation of Stability and Adaption of Bread Wheat Genotypes Using Univariate Statistics Parameters and AMMI
In order to determine yield stability of 23 bread wheat genotypes and two commercial cultivars as check, an experiment was conducted based on a randomized complete block design with three replications in the experimental field of faculty of Agriculture, Razi University Kermanshah (Iran), during three cropping seasons (2015-2018). The results of combined ANOVA showed that the effect of environme...
متن کاملGenetic analyses, phenotypic adaptability and stability in sugarcane genotypes for commercial cultivation in Pernambuco.
In the present study, we assessed the agro-industrial performance of 22 sugarcane genotypes adaptable to edaphoclimatic conditions in production microregions in the State of Pernambuco, Brazil, and we recommended the commercial cultivation of select genotypes. The variables analyzed were as follows: sucrose percentage in cane juice, tonnage of saccharose per hectare (TPH), sugarcane tonnage per...
متن کاملEvaluation the Mean Performance and Stability of Lentil Genotypes by Combining Features of AMMI and BLUP Techniques
In this research, 12 selective advanced genotypes of lentil with Kimia and Gachsaran checks were grown for three growing years (2010-2013) in four locations including Gachsaran, Gonbad, Khoramabad and Moghan using randomized complete block design with three replicates in each location. The heatmap plot indicated the variation of seed yield of genotypes in different environments. Mosaic plot sho...
متن کاملAMMI Analysis of Stability and Adaptability of Late Duration Finger Millet (Eleusine coracana) Genotypes
Multilocation yield trials on late duration (106-125 days) finger millet genotypes were conducted under early and late transplanting at Bhubaneswar and early direct-sown condition at Berhampur for three years 2004-2006, during kharif season. G×E interaction analysis of grain yield in AMMI (Additive Main and Multiplicative Interaction) model showed differential interaction of the genotypes in th...
